Surplus Sale

Chocolay Township is accepting sealed bids on surplus items.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the Chocolay Township office until May 31, 2024 at 10:00 AM. All bids shall be SEALED in an envelope and clearly marked SURPLUS. Any bids received that are not sealed or after the due date/time, will not be accepted. Winning bidders will be notified by phone on June 11, 2024.

All items are sold as is and are non-refundable. The winning bidder will have 3 working days to pay for and pick up their item(s). Failure to pay for and pick up the winning item within 3 business days, will be a forfeit and the bid will be awarded to the next highest bidder. Items can be paid for by cash, credit/debit card, or check.

All bidders must be clear on the item(s) being bid on, quantity of like items that are being included in their bid, bidders first & last name, bidders current address and phone number.
