CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF CHOCOLAY
REZONING #34-26-2
The Chocolay Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 6 PM at the Chocolay Township Fire Hall at 5010 US-41 South, Marquette, Michigan
to hear public comment on the proposed rezoning of 500 Green Garden Road, Tax Parcel 52-02-125-031-00, from Agriculture 3 (AG 3) District to Agriculture 2 (AG 2) District.
A copy of the rezoning application is available for review and inspection at Chocolay Township Hall, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and can also be viewed on the Township’s website (chocolay.gov).
