Notice is hereby given that the Chocolay Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Township Fire Hall, located at 5010 US41 South, Marquette, MI to hear and consider public comment on a conditional use permit application.
Bluewater Revocable Trust proposes to locate a campground on property located at 2896 M28 East in the Township.
Copies of the proposed conditional use application and site plan are available for review and inspection at the Chocolay Township Hall, Monday through Friday 8AM to 4:30 PM and can also be viewed below. Written comments may also be submitted through 12 PM on December 11, 2025. Questions or written comments may be directed to the Township Manager by calling the Township office or emailing gelliott@chocolay.gov.
Chocolay Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon 4 business days’ notice to the Chocolay Township Clerk.
