NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The Chocolay Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 6 PM at the Chocolay Township Fire Hall at 5010 US-41 South, Marquette, Michigan to hear public comment on the proposed rezoning of 370 County Road 480, Tax Parcel 52-02-120-010-50, from Agriculture 2 (AG 2) District to Agriculture 1 (AG 1) District.
A copy of the rezoning application is available for review and inspection at Chocolay Township Hall, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and can also be viewed on the Township’s website (chocolay.gov).
